Ok. Like comment below. Absolutely fabulous channel. But seriously as a
chef you have just handled raw meat and carried in cooking transferring it
to everything you have touched. This isn’t good food hygiene. Professional
chefs wouldn’t do this. You need to educate people about food and good
hygiene practise whilst cooking to avoid stomach upsets or anything else.

Great recipe!!. One question – Dont we need to marinate the boneless
chicken in corn starch and egg white to “velvetize” it for the smooth
texture we get in restaurants?
