Michelle B, due to your Google+ settings I can not reply directly to you.
But thank you! As to nutritional info, it has enough sugar to be bad for
    you.

MrHeDiablo, due to your Google+ settings I can not reply directly to you.
But the stuff in the bottle is similar but also has other flavors that do
not taste so good after deducing.

James great take on the teriyaki chicken, love the stirfry sauce, quite
different than mine. But I think yours is probably a more authentic
Japanese version. The final plated recipe looked absolutely outstanding.

Hello James ~ I have been hearing a lot about chicken thighs being used in
many Asian dishes recently instead of the breast… How often do you use
the thigh in place of breast ?

James, could you tell me please if a wok has a bit of rust on it can it be
seasoned as with a cast iron skillet.
Also for those of us that are on fixed incomes what knife would be the best
all around general purpose one to use??
