Spicy Scandal Chicken Curry – Indian recipes



There are so many different types of "Chicken Curry" or "Curry Chicken" recipes as there are people! As an example, in this chicken curry Indian recipe, just throw in some yogurt, mint, fenugreek leaves or even veggies and watch this dish change color and taste. Some people argue over what is authentic chicken curry, but in our opinion there is no such thing because every region has it's own authentic chicken curry recipe.

    by just looking at the chicken its not well cooked inside you need to
    pressure cook it…

    its a great recipe, but as you ladies mentioned you like the tart flavor it
    imparts. Maybe its just the punjabi in me, but I’d add some whipped yogurt
    to get the “edge”off the spices … Otherwise a great recipe.

    What happens to the bay leaves, cardamom pods and the peppercorns? Do you

    @silkorganza : Some times when the raw onions are pureed (in a
    blender/mixer) they do become bitter…here are a couple of ways to work
    around that – when blending raw onions use a food-processor and not a
    blender or saute the onionsjust a bit and then blend them… Hope that
    helps 🙂
