Laura this is like the 10th time ive told you… Try Puerto Rican food!!!!
You will nott be dissaponted. There are a lot of Puerto Rican restaurants

Any Good Puerto Rican restaurant will have mofongo. I recommend that dish!

Will try it today. Thx. I dont like cilantro, never use it. Just dont like
the smell and taste. I use parsley instead. I think i’ll add pasta and top
it with this salsa and some parmesan

I made this meal tonight for my boyfriend and I and it turned out
delicious! We both happen to LOVE cilantro so when I saw this recipe, I ran
out and got the ingredients. We had ours with some white rice–yum. Next
time I make it though, I will be adding more heat and maybe some fresh lime
juice. While it tasted good, it felt like some flavor was missing and I
think that was lime. I used two jalapenos instead of the chile paste…I’ll
probably add some sriracha next time!

Great recipe laura!! I will make this tomorrow, only without the cilantro
because I can’t stand the taste (for me it is like eating pure
soap..strange haha). Lots of love from Europe!
