I have just made this for me and the family which was a huge success! I did
add my own name on it however, and drizzled hot honey over the chicken and
potatoes, I also added onions and carrots. I had to sit the chicken on top
of the veggies the tray just wasnt large enough as a result it did take
longer than 45 mins but was worth the wait. A beautiful mid week meal,
great served with crusty bread and a side salad xx

I just made this and it came out Perfect! I’m learning how to cook and
found out that this was easy to make. If you follow exactly what she does
and says, there’s nothing to worry about. :)

it’s an amazing recipe, I just changed potatoes to sweet potatoes, my
family love it. They ate all things including the galic and lemon.
Lol..Thanks Laura , I’m very enjoy to see your show.

I just bought a new stove and this was the first dish I made. I Changed it
up a bit. Used drumsticks and thighs, mushrooms, baby carrots, one large
Spanish onion chopped in 8 pieces, baby white potatoes and baby purple
potatoes. Salt pepper, lemon, fresh rosemary and thyme. Big pieces of
garlic still in the skin like you said. Basically same recipe as yours just
changed a bit. It came out really really delicious. Thank you Laura.

Next thing I plan to make is your Meat and Cheese lasagna.

You have such a good warm heart. Love your videos. But really, stop burning
    yourself like that!

  18. Andres Lozano December 28, 2014 at 10:44 am

I just made this tonight! Well, not exactly, but very similar… I used red
potatoes instead, I think that they look better, they add a bit of color. I
also added a bit of liquid to the baking dish, and covered it with foil.. I
didn’t do this tonight, but sometimes after is done I uncover it and put it
under the broiler for about 3 minutes or until the skin turns a bit
crispy… The great thing about this dish is that you can experiment with
all kinds of seasoning and herbs, so is not the same every time.

    Thank you

    u r an excellent chef!

  21. Robin Goodfellow December 28, 2014 at 10:44 am

another great recipe Laura! You are far better than 95% of the “t v”
cooking shows. Real food, by a real person! I do have a suggestion for you,
and all your fans. When using a roasting pan, or glass or ceramic baking
dish, line it with heavy duty foil, cuts the clean up time and mess
    greatly!

  22. webreaver01 December 28, 2014 at 10:44 am

    6:15 It looks raw

  23. T Braddy December 28, 2014 at 10:44 am

Question: in Laura’s Sausage, Potato, onion and pepper bake, she roasts
PEELED garlic but in this bake she leaves it in the peel. Any reason why
that is? Does it matter? I am making this recipe soon, to peel or not to
    peel- THAT is my question?!?!

  24. thexevis December 28, 2014 at 10:44 am

I made this tonight and it was great! my partner came home for work and
she loved it! thank you :)
