    Really like this recipe! Glad to see someone who is not afraid of spices,
    so will be making this today using legs and thighs (they are on sale). Will
    serve over mashed potatoes with something green on the side. Not a fan of
    okra so will probably use broccoli or something.

    this looks good! I cook for a group every month, about 12 to 16 people,
    and I just might try this for them. I could even do roasted potato’s or
    mashed if I wanted and it would still be good!
