    Its so annoying when Caribbean people are always bickering about who’s food
    taste better and whatever else… seriously GROW UP. If you’re Jamaican
    OBVIOUSLY you’ll have a preference to Jamaican food. If you’re Trinidadian
    you’ll be bias towards Trini food …Caribbean food is great period. Stop
    trying to make your taste preference a unanimous opinion of someone’s
    culture.

    I have never seen a Trinidadian restaurant anywhere in the world. I went to
    KFC in Trinidad some years ago tasted the chicken and instantly got sick,
    it was raw. Now I know why. Instead of frying it to the brownness the put
    sugar or browning on it so even though it looks brown on the outside its
    raw on the bone. Yack!

    That was the easiest recipe for BROWN STEW CHICKEN. THANK YOU. I some how
    thought that there was some coconut milk and cream , scotch bonnet pepper
    involved . I will try this. The cook is so friendly. Bless you my sista.
