How To: Prepping Chicken For Diets

EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW FOR THIS RECIPE IS ON MY BLOG http://brettcap.blogspot.com

*****When prepping your chicken (being that you can season and marinate your chicken any way you want) make sure your hands are clean, and if you are going to re-use the cutting board that you extensively sanitize and wash it to cut veggies. In this video, I diced and spiced my vegetables before I even took the chicken out of the package. I used garlic & obviously the spices, & some Olive-Oil Cooking Spray on the pan. Also, BE creative with your cooking! Good luck and HAVE FUN!!!!*****

you should stop poking your chicken, because it creates ruptures in the
meat and dries the juices out. also, if you put all the chicken in but at
different times, it means the earlier pieces will be overcooked, or the
newer pieces might be undercooked. please do it in batches. i know you mean
well, and this video was to show how you have been doing it, but i was just
cringing the whole time. and really not the best things to show other
    people as a “how-to”.

Contamination: Handling raw chicken then directly grabbing the seasoning
    jars without washing your hands

How many oz in each filet? I don’t have a food scale and end up thinking
it’s way less than I’m consuming.

Do you weigh your chicken raw or cooked?

  6. Nocturnal Reveller December 28, 2014 at 11:22 am

Douche bags r like ohhhh u touched chicken and then the seasoning
containers. you contaminated ur kitchen. LOL… these r the same morons
who’d go n dig their food like pigs in a restaurant. There’s a thing called
inherent immunity you buffoons. Going by this logic 90% of the world should
have died of bacterial contamination by now. Stupid jerks like these make
    me sick.
You get bacterial contamination when you kiss someone, shake hands, hold
your mobile phone, hold your TV remote control, open/close a door, or when
you come home with your shoes, clothes on.
Get a life u sensitive bunch of assholes.

Great job. Recipe looks delicious and I am looking forward to trying it.
One big suggestion to anyone watching this. Once you touch the chicken with
your hands do NOT touch the spice containers. If you do you will have cross
contamination. Each container touched will carry a pathogen from the
chicken and will need to be sterilized just like the board. Once that
chicken is on the cutting board wash your hands thoroughly before touching
the containers. Great video and thanks again.

If you’re eating some if the chicken to next day, are you eating it cold or
re-heating it? I always thought that the rule was to never re-heat any meat
because bacteria will form and make you sick but I know plenty of people
who do regularly microwave their cooked meat at work for lunch which was
cooked fully the night before? I’m confused! Help please guys!

Isn’t frying chicken in a pan the unhealthiest way to cook it? Genuine
question.. Apart from deep frying of course.

you must bleach the seasoning containers! you retouch the seasoning after
touching uncooked chicken- watch for birdy flu

I am not gonna say much about the spice containers bc many have already
made that clear, but you did mention that you use all natural ingredients
and nothing artificial, but you are using Garlic from a container. There
are preservatives and what not in that to keep that fresh and longer
lasting than the real thing. Best to use fresh garlic and a garlic press.
Also as someone else mentioned you really don’t need to puncture the
chicken its thin as it is and will cook quick on its own. Puncturing will
allow the chicken to dry out faster and not keep its natural juices. One
last thing you must be careful w non stick surfaces. All those scratches
means that coating is going into your food. Just sayin. But I will try this
    seasoning combination.
