    What a waste the chicken breasts aren’t even pierced with a fork or using a
    jaccard to tenderize the meat to let all the marinade in!!!!

    The chicken needs to be pounded flat so it cooks faster and evenly!

    never cut into a chicken breast or any other protein to test doneness. you
    lose juices that way

    If your grill is on high and very hot, 16 minutes seems excessive.
