Ginger Chicken – By Vahchef @ Vahrehvah.com

Ginger Chicken fry recipe is made combining the flavors of sliced ginger, ginger and garlic paste, green chillies, curry leaves, onions and black pepper to create an amazingly coating to the chicken pieces chicken preparation with little oriental influence ,only available in few restaurants in India Ingredients
1 number chicken
3 number chillies green
1 bunch coriander leaves
1 tbsp corn flour
100 gram ginger
1 number onion
1 tsp pepper
1 tbsp soya sauce
1 tbsp vinegar
Directions
• Take curry leaves,onion,green chillies make a paste in a blender.
• Now take chicken add soya sauce,vinegar,corn flour,salt mix well and keep it aside for 20 min.
• Take a pan add oil, add the marinated chicken pieces, fry the chicken till they become golden brown add ginger chopped,ginger garlic paste, mix well,now add the onion paste mix well cook for 5 min till it stick to chicken add little salt if required, now add pepper powder, finely add coriander leaves.

Any substitute for kurry leaves
vahchef’s cooking is better than sanjeev kapoors since its easy & the
ingredients are less also tastes amazing

coriander(cilantro in many places) stems and green chillies

@_@ Mmmm, that looks extremely good!
He means ginger-garlic paste… easily available at all Indian grocery
stores, or you could make your own by peeling garlic and ginger and then
make a paste in a blender.
