1 ½ lbs. boneless chicken legs/thighs
1= cup yogurt (fresh homemade)
1= Onion / 2= Tomato
1 = Potato (secret ingredient)
2= piece ginger / 1= green Serrano chili
1= Tsp Zeera (cumin seeds) / 1= Tsp Garam Masala
1= Tsp Red chili powder / 1= Tsp Black Pepper
1= Tsp Salt / 2= Tbsp Olive oil
Food coloring little amount
Cilantro for finishing touch as needed.
