Great Video. I never use Garlic with Chicken or anything else except Garlic
bread. (Maybe I just don’t like it) but I have had no complaints about my
    cooking yet.

  7. Original Naked Chef February 6, 2015 at 2:05 am

@heroskey1 I cut the lemon in to quarters but not all the way through. For
the purpose of stuffing the chicken it does not matter, just cut the lemon
and place inside the chicken. OriginalNakedChef

@OriginalNakedChef great making it again tonight… I would say somethings
i did differently. I put salt, pepper, olive oil, and Cayenne on the
outside then i added some green onion with the sage, garlic and lemon. I
also added lemon juice to the garlic white wine mixture is was a big hit!

how do you wash the chicken?do you basically just rinse it and fill the
inside with water and so on?

  23. PepeLePew125 February 6, 2015 at 2:05 am

I like the way you stuffed that chicken’s cavity with your hands….I used
to do that with my mate but I used ice cubes instead of onions and
herbs–and there was a lot of juices . Give it a go mate 😉
