Laura, I have learn this from a friend. She said put the wrap the ginger in
plastic and put it into freezer, just get it out whenever you need to use
it! The ginger will stay fresh and hard!

Laura, I am a big fan. I am 67 years old and learning to cook. I got tired
of waiting to be asked over for dinner and decided to cook it myself the
way I like it. In the introduction of this stir fry recipe there is a pasta
dish that looks like ziti in the frying pan. Which of your recipes is this?
I would like to try it. I looked at the baked ziti recipe but I don’t think
thats it. Thanks if you get back to me. Gary George

So many of your recipes are made with ingredients I already have on hand!
I am making this tonight with zucchini, peppers and onions from my garden!
I’ve been watching your channel all afternoon while I do “spring”
cleaning! Thx for making a dreaded task a lot more interesting!

Laura: “I moved my skillet to the back burner because my back burner is
    hotter”

Oh, Laura, both your front and back burners are so hot.

I like this I was just in the grocery store in the frozen food section
looking for this, wow easier and healthier to make yourself. Will
definitely go into my go to recipes, you add shrimp and/or beef serve on a
bed of rice or just by itself. Delish

I just made this and i can’t thank you enough for this recipe i made mine
with broccoli carrots and bean sprouts and i used ground ginger instead of
chopped but it came out amazing i just loved how simple it was and it
didn’t take a list of ingredients so it worked with my budget thanks again
    :)

What is the recipe laura I wanna make this it looks good

  17. Yang P January 29, 2015 at 6:44 am

Everything goes right in your recipe. But you should marinate the chicken
breast with some corn starch first, else your chicken would be dry >_<

I really know the smell when you put a oyster sauce and soy sauce. I’m thai
and this food is look like the veggie stir fly ,popular menu in restaurant
in Thai. i have cook this before when i was live in america 6 months ago.
    that’s great right?

  22. Caligilr58 January 29, 2015 at 6:44 am

Thanks for another good meal. What I have found from watching your videos
is that how you cook the meal is not always the same way your recipe is
written out. For example, this recipe is written a little confusing in
steps 3 and 4 compared to how you are cooking in the video. But all in
    all,a awesome recipe! Thanks again.

Laura, don’t put your ginger in the fridge. I put them in a drawer near the
stove, where the onions and garlic are – cool, dry, and dark. Just snap or
slice a piece off, and the ginger can heal itself.
