    I’m gonna try this really soon but I think I’ll add peas and carrots, and
    use panko bread crumbs instead of crackers, with only half a stick of
    butter. Really, you can customize this so many ways. What a great
    comfort-food recipe!

    unless you have a health issue this once in a while is no problem as for
    the sodium drink more water and as for the fat get out and move if you are
    worried about it 😀
