    Hi there, you mentioned you used all purpose flour and then flour. What
    type of flour did you use, bleached or unbleached? Also, what’s the
    difference between flour and all purpose flour? Also, for the chilli
    powder, is that from the indian store, or can I just use the bottled
    mccormick brand. Thank you and sorry for all the questions!

    It not proper u put kashmir mirch powder which is not use in Chinese got it

    hey, thanks for sharing. good recipe – i would recommend boiling the
    chicken beforehand, letting them cool and then putting some rice powder and
    baisan mix with a bit of egg white. Also frying it less because the balls
    will anyway soften when you put them in the gravy mix
