I love your channel. You are calm, you are efficient and have great
personalities. I find some other channels to focus too much on costumes and
putting out a show. Your channel’s the best, and the food is simple and
    delicious…
Now for the rice, i’ve always cooked rice with 1 part rice with 2 parts
water. What is that technique when you drain the rice?
    Thank you

I usually stick my fingers in some coffe granuals that Ive made coffe from
of course and are going to be thrown out, and removes it all. Works with
chilli as well, if your fingers stays spicy from the oils.

I loved it but as I’m a Muslim I can’t use wine or any other alcohol in
this dish. Can I use something else instead of wine?

Instead of chicken stock cube I suggest using chicken POWDER.

It’s found in Asian shops and is an amazing, authentic flavouring for any
    broth.

    Looks delicious, thanks.

another way to reduce ‘garlic fingers’ is to rub your fingers with a
spoon. Don’t know why, but the metal reactes and takes away the smell.

  23. Aminah Abdul Rahim January 10, 2015 at 8:58 pm
