Chicken Biryani Recipe in Hindi with Captions in English



Chicken Biryani is a delicious main course Chicken and Rice dish. It is cooked over slow heat. Chicken Biryani is a popular dish all over India.     That’s really Biryani. I remember when I was in Burma, Indian people cook
    such like chicken & rice layer by layer. Even they put the fire top of the
    cooking pot.
    I’ve tried Biryani many time in HK but horrible tasted, it is just like
    coloured-fried rice with masala. I’ve never satisfied in HK. Thank you for
    your clip & I’ll try, I’ll try your method definitely & let my son & wife
    to taste it. My son who was born in HK loves to have Biryani. He tasted in
