Best Satay Recipe (Chicken) | Skewered Meat



One of Malaysians' pride and glory – Satay with Peanut Sauce accompanied by Compressed Rice (Nasi Impit). The marinated meat is best grilled over charcoal or a simple grill plate in your homely kitchen. Either way, this is a marvellous dish that is meant to be shared with your loved ones! Feel free to even make some beef or mutton satay.

Ingredients:

500g chicken breast
3cm galangal
3 lemon grass
3cm turmeric
3 shallots
1t fennel powder
1t cumin powder
1/2t salt
1tbsp sugar

    Well….as i said..satay will goes very well with peanut sauce….we had
    monsoon rain…sudah banjir maaa saya di Pekan Pahang and Pantai Timur as
    well…no more sate this time..your vid makes me drooking…haahaaa…pray
    for us in pantai timur…your video is my good company during this rainy

    Great Shoot on the Satay.
    Over here JKT and I think back Sg same
    The chicken satay are not so big.
    Cut into small cubes.
    Jkt fyi they complement the satay with kacap manis bawah Merah n tomatoes
    sauce too.

    I found preserved lemongrass :3 so I made this tonite and tastes really
    nice… It reminds of curry with a small taste of lemon.. I love it!!!
